Operations Manager

 

Gatekeeper Global, LLC a Corporate security and investigative firm is seeking a full- time Operations Manager. In this role, you will organize and oversee administrative and operational functions for the Intellectual Property Brand Enforcement branch of our firm to ensure our operations run as efficiently as possible. The role reports to the Vice President and has great latitude and potential to lead the entire company operations.

 

Skills necessary:

- Exemption communication and grammatical skills

- Good organization, time management, prioritizing, and scheduling skills

- Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable with basic bookkeeping to include creating and tracing invoices

- Experience using Microsoft Office software

- Typing speed of at least 60 wpm with few/no errors

- Strong Communication skills with management experience preferred -Ability to multitask

- Positive, fun, inquisitive and detail orientated with forward thinking attitude

- Ability to find and implement solutions

 

Duties include:

1. Assisting in all aspects of intellectual property investigations, which include managing undercover operations, which lead to criminal and civil enforcement cases.

2. Acting as GKG representative for various worldwide luxury brands, including communicating with brands, coordinating with brand representatives, and updating brands on status of investigations.

3. Coordinating all administrative aspects of investigation closures including criminal seizures and civil service of documents. Experience interviewing witnesses and offenders a plus.

4. Conduct off-site meetings with law enforcement, and lead seizure and surrender operation activities, which includes driving rental trucks with evidence, moving boxes, conducting inventory, etc.

5.Ensuring the total confidentiality and security of file and computer system.

6. Complete discretion regarding sensitive, private client/investigation information.

7. Reviewing, editing, and preparing client reports.

8. Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, distributing memos and reports, and ensuring everyone is kept up to date on company news and information.

9. Operating copy equipment, fax machine, printers, dictating equipment, or other equipment.
