On-the-Job Training (OJT) Opportunities

Earn while you learn with On-the-Job Training! Participants of the program are considered full-time employees from day one (1) of training.

Below is the current list of opportunities. Click on the job title to access the job description. If interested in pursuing an OJT, the first step is to complete an assessment called a Job Task Analysis (JTA). This is not an assessment to determine your fit for the position. Rather, it is to simply identify your strengths and skills in need of improvement. Your responses will be used to develop a potential training plan if selected and found eligible for the program. Therefore, please answer honestly and do not over-score yourself for anything. (0 = No Experience, 4 = Expert Level)
