ALL New Instructor Cards and most Renewal Instructor Cards are now auto claimed in ATLAS.

**This means you will not get an email containing your card. Your card will appear on your ATLAS Dashboard

INSTRUCTORS are RESPONSIBLE for keeping their class documents on file for 3 years.

Each individual instructor must keep Roster, Skills Check Sheet and Exam Sheet (or Completed Online Cert for Blended and Heartcode) on file for 3 years. This can be physical or electronic.

We have many instructors who change employers and have no idea/record of their past classes taught. This is important info needed for renewals.
