April

The traditional etymology is from the verb aperire, "to open", in allusion to its being the season when trees and flowers begin to "open", which is supported by comparison with the modern Greek use of άνοιξη (ánixi) (opening) for spring.

CALS TF Workshops

To keep all our Training Faculty (TFs) up to date...

CALS will be requiring attendance annually at one of our monthly TF Workshops.

**Please note this is for TFs only.

Come hear the latest AHA ECC information and take part in Q&A as well as

round table discussions

Workshops will be the 1st Tuesday of each month 9am-11am via Zoom.

Be sure to Sign Up 24 hours in advance to receive handouts prior to the workshop

IMPORTANT: Atlas has specific requirements that must be met to be a fully functioning Instructor in Atlas and in eCards. WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

ONLY ONE EMAIL CAN BE USED. MAKE SURE YOUR EMAIL IS CORRECT.
INSTRUCTOR CARD MUST BE RENEWED PRIOR TO EXPIRATION DATE – NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU WILL BE DELETED FROM THE ATLAS PLATFORM AND UNABLE TO TEACH CLASSES.
IF YOUR INSTRUCTOR CARD IS NOT CLAIMED YOU WILL BE DELETED FROM THE SYSTEM.
PLEASE ASSURE YOU HAVE CLAIMED ALL OF YOUR INSTRUCTOR CARDS AND YOU HAVE ALIGNED ON ATLAS WITH CORRECT EMAIL.

CALS does NOT ACCEPT renewal paperwork in any form except DOCUSIGN.

All instructors are sent a renewal reminder within 30-60 days prior to renewal.

Instructor **MUST REPLY** to reminder email to request DocuSign to be sent.

ONLY DocuSigns are Accepted for New INSTRUCTOR Paperwork.

Please do not attach additional documents beyond what we ask for.

CALS will complete instructor paperwork within the renewal month.

Please know CALS works diligently to handle all paperwork and assure all recerts are sent prior to end of expiration month. Please be patient with us.
