July 2024 Edition

The CAAA wishes to convey our deepest sympathies to the Provincial Airways team for the loss of Devin Matileg. Devin tragically passed away last week due to a flying incident; His loss deeply saddens us. Our thoughts are with his loved ones during this difficult time.

Additionally, we extend our best wishes for quick recoveries to the three additional pilots who experienced incidents in July.

We encourage everyone within our community to take extra care and remain vigilant in their operations. Safety is a shared responsibility, and it is through our collective efforts that we can ensure the well-being of each member.

In times like these, it is important to support one another. Let us continue to foster a community of care, resilience, and mutual support. Together, we can navigate these challenges and emerge stronger.

Thank you for your attention and commitment to safety.
