Alameda Superior Court eFiling is Live! On October 12, 2021, the Superior Court of Alameda County launched Journal Technologies’ eCourt case management system (CMS). This new CMS will replace the Court’s current Domain CMS for all limited and unlimited Civil cases, including unlawful detainers, small claims, civil harassment restraining orders, and civil appeals. Probate, Family, Adoption, and Mental Health cases will continue to be accessed through Domain until October 2022, when they also will transition to eCourt. OFFICIAL COURT NOTICE HERE
