CA Relief Grant Update
The small business COVID Relief Grant has announced the open date for Round 2 of the CA Relief Grant. Important dates are:

  • Grant application opens at 8 AM on Tuesday, February 2nd
  • Grant application closes at 6 PM on Monday, February 8th

You must apply through a "Partner." See list of Partners Here.

Round 1 Update:

If you submitted your completed application online before the deadline in the first round, you will automatically be moved into the 2nd round. Please do NOT apply a second time. This will only slow down and confuse the process.

Lendistry is working around the clock, 24/7, on the first round applications. If you have not heard anything yet, please do not be dismayed. During a phone call with Lendistry this morning, I was reassured that each completed application would be reviewed and responded to by the end of February 2021.

Advertising Opportunity for Businesses!
Galt Chamber has begun a new citywide banner program. 2019's banner program was so popoular that many eager purchasers were turned away. Make sure to place your order as quickly as possible. This is a great advertising opportunity for local businesses and a nice way for individuals and families to show pride in our Great American Little Town.

Cost is $210 per banner, or $180 for any order of 5 or more. A photo of the banners that will be hung in March and April of 2021 is pictured to the right (or above if viewing this from a mobile device). All banners will remain in place through January of 2022. The deadline to order your banner is March 1, 2021, or earlier (first come, first served). Banners will be placed on several main streets including:

  • C St
  • 4th St
  • Walnut Ave
  • Lincoln Way
  • Carillion Blvd
  • Twin Cities Rd
