Bee in the Know! Here's the latest Buzz from the Delaware Beaches

Summer is back and here's what's new!

The crew behind Ava’s and Theo’s just opened Hammy’s in the Safeway shopping center in Rehoboth. Decadent milkshakes for kids, boozy adult shakes, tater tots, chili, and more than 30 burgers. (Check out the shakes in the photos – omg.) Hammy’s is named for Hamlet, the owner’s beagle. Love it!

Un-Wined at the Beach opened yesterday (in the old Azzurro space), and two more downtown Rehoboth restaurants have signs up on Baltimore Avenue. Drift and Addictive Tacos. Check out the amazing dishes planned at Drift on their FB page. Gorgeous!

And it looks like Red, White & Basil is finally underway on Route 1 in Rehoboth.

Kabab Falafel Addiction opened late last month in the Shoppes of Camelot next to Starbucks on Route 1. Am hearing great reviews about Poke Bros in Rehoboth (behind the SeaShell shop). They offer fresh fish Hawaiian style and non-sushi options as well.

(Which, BTW, if you haven’t been to that furniture store, I mean, WOWZA! Go check it out.) Now open every Monday, and alternating Wednesdays (with an emphasis on the music) and Fine Art Fridays as well. Artisans, live music, food trucks, and a new bar!

You can follow my IG page or check out my website. Write on!
