JFS Kosher Food Pantries Are Here To Help
Many families continue to experience food insecurity and financial hardship post-COVID -- JFS’ Kosher Food Pantries are here to help!
Meet Mrs. E (on right), who started visiting JFS Kosher Food Pantry during the pandemic as a way to put food on her family's table. On a recent visit, Mrs. E reflected on her experience with JFS and noted, "JFS staff pays attention to the little details" that ensure her children are able to receive the right diapers and food items to meet their diet. JFS Pantry staff are committed to creating a positive experience for all visitors. Mrs. E declared, "We would not change a single thing, we like everything here!"
On average, JFS Kosher Food Pantries distribute 400 food bags per month, which supports over 2,000 families across Middlesex County per year -- and that number is growing! Please help keep our shelves stocked by organizing a food drive or making a much-needed donation. If you know someone who would benefit from this service, share our flyer. Contact us for more information, 732-777-1940 or office@jfsmiddlesex.org. Thank you!
JFS Helps Keep the American Dream Alive
A new cycle of JFS Citizenship preparation classes started this month for those working on becoming U.S. citizens.

Classes are available both online and in-person at one of three locations (see flyer). Dedicated instructors teach students how to prepare for naturalization interviews and the 100 civics questions. For more information, contact us at 732-777-1940 or media@jfsmiddlesex.org.
It's That Time Again - Back to School
Please help us fill backpacks! Our goal is to distribute 200 backpacks to children from our JFS programs who are in grades K-12.

Shop for supplies or send us your donation and we will be happy to shop for you. For a complete list of requested items, please click on the Back-to-School Wish List button below. Deadline to drop off donated items at our North Brunswick location is August 12th.

Thank you for your good will!
JFS Middlesex is looking for volunteers to assemble or give out food bags for upcoming distribution dates in the community. For more information, please call 732-777-1940 or email media@jfsmiddlesex.org.
