Overview of the Program
The federally funded Revive Santa Ana pandemic recovery initiative allocated $243,000 to offer technical support seminars tailored for small business owners. These seminars provided essential training in business techniques.
Upon completion of a qualified seminar, participants became eligible for a $1,000 grant designed to facilitate the application of these newly acquired skills within their businesses.
This initiative was specifically designed to promote equitable outcomes, including economic and racial equity, by focusing on stabilizing and strengthening businesses owned by Hispanic/Latino and Vietnamese communities impacted by the pandemic.
Launched in November 2021, the program successfully assisted over 200 businesses through June of 2023.
