Clarification of Bulletin #24-01 -
Branch Contact Information in Reservation System
Clarifying Language about Maintaining Up-to-Date Branch and User Information

GSFA Lenders, please make sure to update/revise users and branch information in the Online Reservation System on a regular basis. This includes the branch main phone number and physical address and users assigned to that branch. This information is populated into the Participating Lender list on our website.
 
Coming soon --- We will be adding the ability for Lenders to deactivate/archive a branch location in the Online Reservation system shortly. We will notify our Lenders when that function becomes available.

About the Conference

This year's Annual Conference is all about teamwork and how important it is in the development of affordable housing. We all recognize that the lack of affordable housing is the leading cause of homelessness and we are committed to expanding that supply by increasing funding for all types of affordable housing programs and developing programs and policies which speed up the process, reduce costs, and protect the environment. All of these topics will be covered.

CAL-ALHFA is a non-profit organization dedicated to the development and preservation of all types of affordable housing, with an emphasis on working with smaller local agencies who often lack the personnel and resources to meet their affordable housing goals.
