The more relevant people you're reaching out to the greater the chances that people will see your words and take action as you've requested.

One way to build your email list (reach) is to ask others to cross-promote you and vice versa. I just watched as one of my newsletter clients recommended another's newsletter and saw their list grow by 200 in one day.

When you recommend someone else it is a more profound endorsement than they could get otherwise. This is also why reviews matter so much!
