The 239th Annual Convention is just a few weeks away!

Two finance and budget presentation sessions, open to everyone, will be held via Zoom this week. Both sessions are the same. All information is listed below:

Convention will be asked to approve the 2023 preliminary budget, so it will be helpful for voters to attend one of these sessions. No sessions will be held the day of the convention.

Important reminders:

Elections Training

• Voter training on the election’s platform, and device distribution, will be offered by Data on the Spot, the elections vendor, on:
• Saturday, November 18, 10:15 – 10:30 a.m. following the Holy Eucharist
• Voters need to attend this session to receive voting devices and training.
• The device (‘clicker’) you receive will be used to cast your votes. Each person is assigned a unit, a simple remote device with ten buttons that uses radio technology. The units keep data safe and secure, and our results can be shown in real-time on the main event screen through PowerPoint.
• Please note that there will be no online voting or training this year.

Orientation for First Time Delegates and Alternates

Orientation for delegates, alternates and certified clergy attending convention for the first time will be held in person on:

• Friday, November 17, at 4:30 p.m., University of Delaware, Clayton Hall, room 119

The session should last approximately 30 minutes.
