The Call for Ideas will close on Monday, February 6th, 2023.


Get ready for Detroit! The Brownfields Conference planning committee is looking for dynamic sessions that will explore the latest and greatest tools, methods, trends, and case studies in brownfields redevelopment and revitalization. Brownfields 2023 will feature over 100 panels, roundtables, topic talks, training workshops, and more!


This year will feature seven new tracks to explore the evolving brownfields landscape, with topics like Housing, Equity, and Minimizing Displacement, Environmental Justice and Public Participation, and Assessment and Cleanup Approaches.

2023 Phoenix Awards Nominations are Open


The wait is over! The premier awards program for brownfields redevelopment is coming to Detroit at the 2023 National Brownfields Training Conference.


This year's awards will once again celebrate exemplary projects in brownfields redevelopment from across the country and recognize the people that make them happen.
