We are excited to announce that members of Cape Fear REALTORS® will now have access to the Appointment Desk & Concierge services in BrokerBay!


What does this mean?


In addition to using the BrokerBay app and website, members of Cape Fear REALTORS® can now call the BrokerBay Appointment Desk to request a showing appointment on NCRMLS listings. Your new Concierge service was activated this week. All Cape Fear brokerage listings are now enrolled in this Concierge service. The Concierge service includes outbound calls to Listing Brokers or Sellers to confirm showing requests.


How do I request showings in BrokerBay?


There are several ways to request a showing on listings in NCRMLS:

  1. Click on the BrokerBay link on the listing in the MLS
  2. Request a showing on the BrokerBay website
  3. Book a tour of multiple listings using the BrokerBay Tour feature on the BrokerBay website
  4. Use the BrokerBay mobile App
  5. Call the appointment desk at (888) 851-9899


How do I use the Concierge service on my listings?


At the most basic level, you only need to ensure your listings are configured in BrokerBay. Configuring a listing only take a few seconds. We have attached a screenshot of these settings in BrokerBay.


1 - In BrokerBay, indicate who should approve showing requests

2 - In BrokerBay, ensure you have added “Admin Instructions” to your listing.

  • You can add default language in your BrokerBay profile settings so the admin instructions will automatically be added to your listings.

3 - In BrokerBay, ensure you have added the “Access Type” for the listing (ex. SentriLock).


*If you would like the Concierge to call your seller to confirm showings requests:

  • Add the seller as a contact to the listing in BrokerBay
  • Check the box for “Must Call”


Inform your seller that they will get calls to confirm showing requests from BrokerBay.
