This AEP, don’t forget your Founder’s Club benefits

Our Founder’s Club gives our certified agents exclusive opportunities to earn reimbursements for costs associated with their sales activities. All brokers are eligible to receive up to $2,000 toward expenses like marketing, sales meetings costs, AHIP, continuing education and more, and our top sellers can earn additional annual incentives.

Earn extra incentives for completing HRAs

You can earn an extra $100 for every new WellSense Medicare Advantage plan you sell if you complete the new member’s Health Risk Assessment (HRA) Questionnaire. You can find full details, including a job aid for submitting HRAs on our online portal, Broker360.

Reminder: Our expanded dental network

We recently announced that our Medicare Advantage plan members now have access to providers from Northeast Delta Dental, which includes almost 1,800 dentists throughout the tristate area of New Hampshire, Vermont and Maine.

And that’s not the only improvement to our dental benefits. We’ve also enhanced the comprehensive dental benefit for our Medicare Advantage plans starting January 1. That means your WellSense clients will have more coverage than ever to leverage this new network.

2024 Comprehensive Dental Benefits:

  • WellSense Signature: $2,500/year
  • WellSense Choice: $1,500/year
  • WellSense Added Value: $1,500/year

Sales Summaries can save the day

Sales Summaries are not just another piece of paper to fill out. They’re an important piece of protection that can guard you against client complaints. For example, if a client files a complaint with CMS saying that you told them they would have no out-of-pocket expenses for anything, a Sales Summary would help you get the complaint dismissed by demonstrating that you went over cost sharing with your client during your sales meeting.

You can find a Sales Summary form on page 77 of every enrollment kit, and completing a Sales Summary only takes 2-3 minutes. You’ll submit your completed Sales Summaries with the associated application application. WellSense already requires our own internal sales staff to complete Sales Summaries, and we highly recommend all of our certified agents do the same.
