Association Management Software Update

We are still experiencing an interruption in our Association Management Software (AMS). The two primary functions affected are bill payment and application processing. We apologize for the inconvenience. The provider has confirmed that they are working around the clock to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will send an update when the system is live. This does not affect your FlexMLS access.

Event Registration is NOW LIVE! Take a look at our calendar for all upcoming events and education opportunities. Events that require payment will be billed to your account upon the restoration of our AMS. If you have previously registered for an upcoming event, we encourage you to do it again as we work through the AMS System outage.

This course was developed by the staff of the North Carolina Real Estate Commission and is a four-hour course that must be completed by all brokers-in-charge and brokers who have BIC-Eligible status who wish to renew their licenses.
