Working Together to Build Our Community!

CFR Staff and REALTOR® members came together to build up our community and create a special room makeover for Wish Kid, Emily, a 19-year-old Warsaw, NC native who is currently battling cancer.

CFR was awarded a matching grant in the amount of $2,000 from the North Carolina Housing Foundation to be used for our first-ever community project with Make-A-Wish Eastern NC. We can't thank our volunteers enough for donating their time and hard work to give back to our community and strengthen our bond as a team!

Help us Welcome Catherine Grinnan to the CFR Team!

Catherine joined our team as the Campaign Director for the philanthropic arm of CFR, known as the Wilmington REALTOR® Foundation (WRF). She will work alongside the board of WRF to achieve their goal of raising funds for their newest initiative, Pierson Pointe.

Catherine has been recognized throughout her career as a motivational thought leader and brings with her 25 years of experience in managing strategic community partnerships and alliances. We can't wait to work alongside her, experience her drive, and see the impact she makes!
