Sometimes we assume there's something wrong with us when we just can't deal with the relentless pressure of it all.

If you can relate to any of this, you're human. And sometimes we feel like the best thing we can do is stuff our feelings deep inside so we can be a model of strength and composure. And sometimes we're like a tea kettle that reaches the boiling stage and just needs to let off steam.

But what if the best thing we can do for ourselves (and those who care about us) is to release the overwhelming stress with someone who may be able to help, perhaps through Therapeutic Bodywork, or intuitive guidance, or Reiki's relaxing energy.
