FITNESS
Everyone has been challenged by these times. We could not ask for a better FTR staff to step up and take on the challenge to continue to serve our members with respect, safety, and love amidst it all.
Thank you to our trainers, staff, and board.
Now Accepting 12 people per class!
As we continue to safely lift some of our restrictions, we are now allowing up to 12 people in classes, who are required to practice proper hygiene and social distancing.
Visit our website for the days, times, and locations of our classes. You can still choose from online classes, gym classes, and park classes.

For in-person classes:
  • You MUST sign up for the class with the MindBody App

If you have any trouble signing in please contact Kate at 801-931-7589 and she will be happy to assist you.
  • Please arrive early, as we like to take your temperature and ask you a few simple questions.
Member Spotlight
Ramsay Bryan has been a member of FTR for the past 2.5 years. He shows up consistently, always helps the new person, and has a bright smile on his face.
Ramsay also spent hours in the gym hooking up FTR's sound system at FTR.
He is impeccable with his word and is a great example of a strong man in recovery.
