Thank you Campaign Coordinators!

United Way's recent Coordinator Training marks the beginning of our collaborative campaign efforts towards a brighter future for our community and local kids.

Workplace Coordinators from different organizations across the community came together to share tools, tips, and best practices to run a successful campaign. Coordinators play a pivotal role in leading workplace campaigns and helping United Way raise money for our local kids. Each serve within their company, demonstrating exceptional commitment and leadership, including implementing creative fundraising activities to increase results, mentoring others, and sharing best practices.

Thank you to MOD Pizza for providing lunch for our Campaign Coordinators!

Community Grant Spotlight

Domestic Violence Services

Fear, anger, helplessness, sadness—local kids experience this every day as they endure violence in their homes and worry about their parents and overall safety.

Thanks to our donors, we were able to provide a 2-year grant to Domestic Violence Services to help children cope with and heal from the emotional impact of witnessing domestic violence and help to process their emotions and develop healthy coping strategies.

94 children will benefit from supportive peer groups while their mothers attend support groups at DVS this year.
