THIS WEEK'S MESSAGE

All Creation Sings

Speaker: Pastor Steve Durand

Series: Good Creation

Scripture Focus: Genesis 1:3-25

A. W. Tozer once said that what comes to our minds when we think about God is the most important thing about us. And if you want to cultivate better thinking about God, there’s arguably no better place to start than the creation account in the book of Genesis. So join us this week for our continuing sermon series in Genesis 1 and 2, as we take a closer look at the specific order of creation and consider what it tells us about God, about ourselves, and about God’s purposes for the world.

SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES

A Very Special Need from Within the Bridges Family

Deeper Roots Life Group member Karen Chu is seeking help from the Bridges family to fill a life-changing need—a living kidney donor. Since being diagnosed with end stage renal failure at just 10 years old, she has undergone two kidney transplants that have allowed her to live a great life until finding out last year that her current kidney is declining in function. Karen needs another transplant within the next few months, otherwise she will need to begin dialysis. To learn about becoming a living kidney donor and hear more of Karen’s story and updates, email: karenc.needdonor@gmail.com or karenchu.cs@gmail.com. For online information on living donation and registering as a donor, check HERE. Please join us in prayer as well—that this need will be met and the Lord will bless this evolving story.

Serve at Bridges

We’d love for each person to find a place to use their God-given gifts within our Bridges family. Prayerfully consider how God would like you to serve, and then fill out our online form. Thank you for helping build our church!
