It is a great honor that we welcome one of the most prestigious ballroom dance events of the year, the Ohio Star Ball Dancesport Championship, as a member of Dance Benefits Group. The Ohio Star Ball is one of the largest dancesport competitions in the United States, attracting competitors from North America and aboard.
The dance standard each year is very high from newcomer to advance in pro/am and amateur, and it is where you can see all the top professional competitors in North America competing. No wonder the Ohio Star Ball has been called "The Best of the Best in Dancesport Competition."
Famous for hosting the popular PBS series, American Ballroom Challenge, the Ohio Star Ball is at it again with a schedule packed full of spectacular events for its 2013 season.
World Pro/Am Dancesport Series American and International Titles (Ballroom - Latin - Rhythm - Smooth), Grand Finale of the World Pro/Am Dancesport Series Team Match, The Largest Competition Circuit Team Match in North America!
The Best of the Best Dancesport Challenge:
It's a focused format of fun, excitement and recognition,where participants have the opportunity on improving their dancing in a specific division and the winners have the chance to represent one of 21 competitions at the Grand Finale in Ohio. .
The United States Pro/Am Team Match Qualifier:
The United States Pro/Am Team Match will be comprised of students dancing with their teachers competing against similar teams from around the world to see who will walk away with the title.

This event features more than 800 competitors within the Hyatt Regency Battelle Grand Ballroom and the Greater Columbus Convention Center. Come see some of the best collegiate and youth amateur dancesport competitors in the US and Canada do their thing at this year's event.
