Greetings!

That's right Winter, we're through. Absolutely, completely, utterly through with you. And to prove it, we're getting our bodies buffed up for the beach and our minds clear for the sunshine! Jump-start your body and mind back to fitness with this 3-week series that will be sure to challenge your body and enlighten your heart.

BOOTCAMP: 6:30-7:30pm
A different focus each week, we'll get your heart-rate up, sculpt your arms, tone legs and thighs and chisel your abs. A great way to kick-start the metabolism after such a treacherous winter! This circuit training class will be different from our regular classes, using the Reformer, Orbit, Bosu, Weights and Stability Ball.

METTA MEDITATION: 7:30-8:30pm
Join Mary Ellen O'Hara as she guides you through the fundamentals of Metta Meditation. Metta bhavana, or loving-kindness meditation, is a method of developing compassion. It comes from the Buddhist tradition, but it can be adapted and practiced by anyone, regardless of religious affiliation; loving-kindness meditation is essentially about cultivating love.

SUGGESTED DONATION: $10

Participants are not required to do both the Bootcamp and Meditation classes...but we hope you take advantage of both :)
