Happy June, y’all! Summer’s here, and June is bringing us long, warm days and starry nights, and we’re all about the amazing opportunities for success and surprises we see rolling in this month. June 3: July Birthday Collection

– 6 pm CT capped launch, while supplies last 

• 1 sleeve of each ring size, 5 necklaces, 5 earrings
• For those who placed a July preorder, if you ordered more than the cap, you will not be able to purchase more during the capped launch. If you preordered some items, but not up to the capped amount, you may order up to the remaining amount that brings you to the capped amount.
• For all Reps, if you order OVER the capped amount, we will cancel your order, and you will not be able to order the next new collection launch.
• Stone color in individual designs may vary slightly by ring size.

– 7 pm CT BP will temporarily clear inventory from all shopping carts.

– 8 pm CT uncapped, all remaining inventory available, while supplies last 

– 8:30 pm CT Good news! We are bringing out items from the vault. This vault release will be uncapped. 

• Vault release will be an assortment of 2021, 2022, and 2023 July Birthday Collections. The inventory will be mixed, so as you order from this vault release, you may get any combination of the three past vaulted years.
• Stones from these past three years include a mix of lab-created ruby (corundum), lab-created ruby fused with genuine quartz, and lab-grown ruby fire opal.

June 4: We will open a back order for July 2024 Birthday Collection for RINGS ONLY.

Vault Release

The vault opened last month, and you showed us your love for past collections! Thank you to all who purchased the re-released Market Fresh, Pendants by Bomb Party®, and Luxe Layers (from last fall). Be sure to watch for upcoming vault releases in the near future, like July Birthday.

Preorders

Thank you to those who placed preorders in the Back Office this month. July Birthday Collection preorders were charged on May 29. Shipping for that collection will begin on Monday morning, June 3. Here are upcoming preorder dates to remember:

• October Birthday Collection: You can place an order for this inventory beginning June 3, 2024, at 11 am CT until June 7, 2024, at 11 am CT.
• Summer Stacks preorders: You have until June 12, 2024, at 11 am CT to pay for your preorder. Be sure to update your shipping and payment options by this time.
• Fall Stacks preorder: You can place an order for this inventory beginning on June 10, 2024, at 11 am CT until June 14, 2024, at 11 am CT.
• August Birthday Collection preorders: We saw a huge increase in the number of preorders with the August Birthday Collection. To prep those orders ahead of the capped launch, we will process those payments a few days earlier than usual. Please have your payment and shipping info updated (if needed) by Monday, June 24 at 11 am CT

Career Title Adjustments & Roll Up

Thanks to our new Back Office, career title adjustments will now take place on a regular, quarterly schedule (approximately January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15). Crafted With Care

If you caught any of Lillian’s posts while she recently visited China, then you saw some amazing behind-the-scenes peeks of Bomb Party’s international manufacturing partners. If your customers have questions, be sure to refer to our May 6, 2024, post in the Active Rep Facebook group, and share that info with them as you wish. 

For over eight years now, Bomb Party has worked with business partners and fabricators in China to manufacture our unique pieces. These well-respected production partners have developed durable plating capabilities, hand-painting enamel techniques, and other design aspects that you’ve come to know and trust from BP jewelry.

The rings are designed in the USA, manufactured abroad, and then shipped to Alabama. From there, the rings are placed inside the hand-made fizzy bombs assembled by Bomb Party Home Office employees called Makers. That fizzy goodness is hand-packed with a surprise-and-delight treasure inside just for you and your customers!

New Back Office Coupon Feature

We’re excited to announce a Back Office system update regarding coupons. You can now edit a coupon’s expiration date or allowable number of uses by clicking the new purple pencil icon to the right of the coupon code. 

Please note that if you choose to edit new or existing coupons, the expiration date cannot be earlier than the last order placed using the coupon.  

Remember, offering coupons is always optional, never required. Many Reps have found that coupons can be a great way to reward new or returning customers, increase sales, or draw new attention in a live party. However, it’s also perfectly acceptable to NOT offer coupons or discounts at any point in time. The choice is yours. 

Capped Ordering Reminder

We’d like to remind everyone to ONLY order the capped amount—or less—during the capped launches for any given collection. Whether or not a bundle is available, it is still your responsibility to check your cart before purchasing to make sure it is accurate and that you are only purchasing the capped amounts during the capped timeframes.

If you’ve ordered over the capped amount during a capped launch, you are then notified that your Bomb Party account will be moved into a temporary “suspended” status during the next launch and will remain suspended until the morning of the following day. While your account is temporarily suspended, you will not be able to log into your Back Office for any reason. 

We encourage you to take a moment when ordering, review your cart, and do your best to keep it from happening. And we’ll do our best to support you as best as we can with each and every product launch. 

Compliance Corner

Rep Recruiting Methods & Tools

We have unfortunately seen a growing number of violations of policy 7.1, which discusses recruiting methods and tools. It all boils down to this: you are not allowed to pay for your new Rep's starter kit in any way, shape, or form.

Along those lines, there has been an increase in Reps paying for and shipping inventory to other Reps, which includes addresses that are not the address on file. This is a violation of policy and claiming “we didn’t know” is not an excuse. Whether this is inventory or starter materials, payment for enrollment and other materials may only be made by the applicant using a credit card in their name, or in the name of a member of their household (used with full permission from the cardholder). Let us reiterate: Payment by anyone other than the enrollee is not permitted; shipping inventory to any other Rep is not permitted, unless it is an official, documented Rep to Rep order.

Keep in mind, when enrolling a new Party Rep through the online enrollment process, the sponsor may assist the new applicant in filling out the enrollment materials, but the applicant must personally review and agree to the Party Rep Agreement, the Policies, the Privacy Policy, and the Bomb Party Compensation Plan. The sponsor may neither fill out any portion of the online contract on behalf of the applicant nor agree to these materials, policies, and agreements on behalf of the applicant.

If we won’t see you in person, join us virtually! Virtual registration is open until June 28, 2024. Late in June or early in July, we’ll also create a special Facebook group for our VIRTUAL Fizztopia attendees. If you have a virtual ticket, we’ll send a link via email once the group is created. It’ll be a great place to commune, converse, and connect with other virtual attendees, and you can get quick info for some of the things you’ll want to know about joining each session and class virtually. Keep checking your emails for more info.

Founder Award and Sparkle Award Nominations

Speaking of Fizztopia, there’s still a hot minute to nominate top Reps for the Founder and Sparkle Awards. Nominations for both awards close in TWO DAYS on June 3, 2024, so get those in right away. You can nominate any active Reps now through the end of Monday, June 3. The nomination form can be found HERE, in the email you received on May 1, or it’s also linked in the rotating carousel on the home page of your Back Office. After nominations close, we’ll review the submissions, choose the winners, and announce them at the awards gala in Orlando on Friday, July 12. 

Dominican Republic

The beach is calling; are you ready to answer? We’re planning to send out some progress emails, right around the middle to end of this month. The official half-way point is at the end of May, so we’ll audit all your May data and send the emails by the middle to end of June, so you know where you currently stand with your points earned so far.

The emails will be sent in categories to our top earners with their approximate ranking, followed by those who have earned over a certain number of points. If a Rep has earned less than 1,000 points over the last five months, they won’t see a point-tracking email.

In May, Lindsay created a poll of our most popular training lessons from the summer of 2023, and she asked you which "oldie but goodie" lessons you wanted her to bring back this summer. Your top two requests were "Responsibilities of a Sponsor" and "13 Lessons from a Marketing Mastermind."
