Over the past few months, Boleros has been looking hard at how we can best serve the dance community of NKY and Cincinnati. We love inviting people out to great dance events, hosting the best Dance Showcase events in the region, and teaching private & group lessons to every level of dancer.

While we have loved our location on US 42, we have come to realize the studio no longer meets our needs.  We have not been able to use that space to host any of the many great events we have produced in the past two years. By letting it go, we can continue to not only teach dance and produce great events, but we can do it with more flexibility and resources.

So, on May 2nd, we will no longer be offering dance or fitness classes at that location. Boleros will continue to host events and teach lessons in other venues, but that physical location will be no more.

While we love all of our fitness friends, sadly, this means that we won't be able to offer our fitness classes after May 2nd. We will need to take care of all of the outstanding passes. Here are the details of how that will work:

• We will continue to honor all passes that have already been sold.
• No more 10 or 20 Class or Unlimited Passes will be sold after February 28th.
• Anyone may purchase a final 10 Class Pass for $39 before February 28th.

• Starting on March 1st, all classes will be available by previously purchased  pass or by a $5 Drop-in fee. You can still use the online registration system to purchase your $5 pass and make reservations until April 1st.
• We can currently guarantee that all the passes will be honored until May 2nd. We are talking with a few other organizations about honoring any remaining passes.

The Spring Showcase on April 25th is our current focus. We just signed all the contracts for the fantastic venue. We have nearly 20 showcases already in the works and more keep coming in. We have booked wonderful musical entertainment, an amazing dj, a great photographer/videographer, tremendous professional dancers, and the same wonderful caterers that were such a hit at last year's summer showcase. We are still looking for a band, if you have recommendations.

We are looking forward to this being a smooth transition and we are excited about what comes next!
