Lisa Ramey-Hernandez, Assistant Principal for STEP and Early Childhood Center located at Ft. Boise
Lisa Ramey-Hernandez has served students in the Boise School District and another school district for the last 24 years. During that time, she has worked as:
- Principal and Special Education Consulting Teacher Early Learning Childhood Special Education programs, Madison Early Childhood Center, 2023 to present
- Special Education Consulting Teacher, District Office, 2022 to present
- Early Childhood Special Education Structured Learning Classroom, 2020-2022
- Early Childhood Special Education Teacher, Corona Norco Unified School District, Norco, CA, 2004-2020
- Early Childhood Special Education Para Educator, Corona Norco Unified School District, Norco, CA, 2000-2004
Her demonstrated professional experience in the field of early childhood education has provided her with the discipline, knowledge, and skill sets needed to excel as a Principal. She has successful experience in collaborating with colleagues, inspiring individuals to be their personal best, positively impacting student learning/growth, creating a learning environment that has full inclusion and continuously adapts to the latest evidence-based best practices. As an administrator, Ms. Ramey-Hernandez will build collaborative leadership focused on student centered learning and support for each and every student, and each family.

Chelsie Wilson - K-12 Career Technical Education Program Advocate
Chelsie Wilson has served career technical education students in Idaho for nearly 20 years. During that time, she has worked as:
- Trades & Industry Program Quality Manager and SkillsUSA Idaho State Director, Idaho Division of Career Technical Education (IDCTE), 2022 to present
- Assistant Principal, Fairmont Junior High School and North Junior High School, 2021-2022
- Assistant Principal, Borah High School, 2020-2021
- Assistant Principal, Dennis Technical Education Center (DTEC), 2017-2020
- Administrative Intern at Borah High School, Hillside Junior High School, and DTEC, 2016-2017
- Career Development Advisor/Industry Liaison at DTEC, 2013-2017
- Automotive Collision Repair Industry Professional, DTEC TAC Member, and SkillsUSA Idaho and National Technical Committee Chair, 2005-2013
As Boise School District’s K-12 Career Technical Education (CTE) Program Advocate, Ms. Wilson will be responsible for:
- Formulating and administering a comprehensive CTE program for the Boise School District.
- Promoting and growing the importance of CTE programs, fostering a supportive environment for initiatives, and ensuring students acquire the skills for successful careers.
- Enhancing students’ career readiness by advocating for CTE programs that meet local industry needs and integrating CTE into the K-12 curriculum.
- Collaborating with district-level staff, principals, and teachers to facilitate the growth, development, and delivery of CTE courses and programs district-wide.
- Providing strategic leadership to advance CTE program goals.
Ms. Wilson's educational background includes:
- Associate of Applied Science in Auto Body Technology from the College of Southern Idaho
- Bachelor of Applied Science with emphasis in Communication and Gender Studies from Boise State University
- Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Career and Technical Education from the University of Idaho
- Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership from the University of Idaho
- Graduate of the Idaho Career Technical Education Leadership Institute, as well as the Idaho Association of School Administrators Project Leadership Academy
