Grants for Body Worn Cameras: Apply by 8/15
VLCT members that have a law enforcement function are eligible to submit proposals for body worn camera funding before 8/15. Funding is through the Vermont Department of Public Safety.
Powering Affordable Clean Energy (PACE) Funding
A new Inflation Reduction Act opportunity through USDA can forgive up to 40 percent of loans for qualified renewable energy generation and associated storage projects that serve rural areas. This program is best for community solar and utility-scale projects and is open for applications on 7/10/23.
Use Energy "Blueprints" for Best Results with Limited Dollars
The federal Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant program developed Blueprints – step-by-step guides for certain projects and programs – that communities can use to get high-impact results from limited funding. Even municipalities that haven’t received a grant award can use these blueprints!

Vermont's Draft Plans for Spending Federal Water and Sewer Funds

How Vermont is Spending its Federal Broadband Money
