Bobcat Sunday Feb 25th

Show your SWT or TXST spirit by wearing your Bobcat best to church and join us for a full morning with our college students. Our adult Sunday School will be talking with our Honduras Mission Scholars and our 11am service will feature college readers and ministers.

Lenten Soup and Poets

Our Wednesday night Lenten continues with our very own Charles Ellis. We are excited to hear what this poet among us will share over soup and bread. Get ready for wonderful discussions about his poetry and how our spiritual lives impact the creative and receptive process.

Be an Actor in the Stations of the Cross

On Good Friday, Mar 29, First Christian Church will once again be offering a live action stations of the cross that wanders the trails between St Mark's and First Christian. This spring the choirs at St. Mark’s are busy preparing for Lent and Easter. They are just around the corner! You won’t want to miss being a part of all the beautiful music we are preparing to offer to the Glory of God and for the enriching of our worship together. If you have been considering joining one of the choirs, now is a good time. You have a place at the table and in the choir.

On Bobcat Sunday, February 25th, join us for a very special formation hour at 10am. Honduras Mission Scholars Avery Delleney and Floyd Powers will be answering questions and sharing their experiences about Honduras with Manos de Dios. Dean Lalich will also be presenting a report detailing the good work this Diocese of West Texas Mission is doing.

The Diaper Pantry is getting low and we need your help! 

Diapers are an essential item for families and one that is not provided or covered by government assistance programs like SNAP or WIC. For the last 4 years, this ministry has grown into a community staple and support network for 300+ families in our community. Please help us continue this vital ministry by donating to our fund using the link below, or bringing in a box of diapers to add to the pantry.
