Check-in time for graduates: 8:45 a.m. at Mazama Gym

Ceremony: 10 a.m. to noon, reception to follow

No tickets are needed for students and guests. However, if you wish to participate in commencement and haven’t submitted an RSVP, please email myprogress@cocc.edu or visit the COCC Commencement page for more information.

June 16 Admissions application deadline. Last day to submit an application for Summer term.



June 19 Juneteenth holiday observed, College closed.

June 20 Last opportunity for new, returning, and transfer degree-seeking students to complete advising and be eligible to register for Summer term classes.

June 23, 7 p.m. Last day of automatic enrollment from existing waitlists for full-term classes. Last day to add to a waitlist for full-term classes. Courses not spanning full term will have different deadlines. Class-specific dates will be posted prior to Summer term.

June 24 Classes begin.

Summer & Fall Term Registration Now Open!

Summer registration is now open, and classes are available! Choose coursework in writing, criminal justice, film, math, computer information systems, health and much more. Log in to your Bobcat web account to register today!

Fall registration is open for continuing degree-seeking students. Students should meet with their academic advisors as soon as possible to prepare for Fall term. Be aware that faculty advisors have limited availability during finals week (June 10-14).

The COCC Art and Design Club is proud to present the annual Student Art Exhibition, now through June 7 in Pence Hall’s Pinckney Gallery. The gallery is open Monday to Thursday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and on Fridays from noon to 2 p.m.

Many mediums will be on display, including drawings, paintings, ceramics, sculpture, metal arts, photography and graphic design.

Visit Campus Safety pop-up chats at various locations on the Bend campus. Look for the pictured signage to speak with a friendly campus safety specialist.

The last day we will be open for shopping is Friday, June 7, 11 a.m.-2 p.m., before we close for Summer term. Stop in for special treats and fun shopping before we take a summer break.  

The COCC Mobile app is not being supported as of June 30, 2024. It will be removed from all app stores (iPhone, Google, etc.) on Wednesday, May 15. The app will stop functioning on June 30, 2024.
