Boathouse Capital and Navint Partners Actively Pursuing Business Consulting Add-on Acquisitions

Boathouse Capital ("Boathouse") announces that it is seeking add-on acquisitions on behalf of Navint Partners ("Navint").
Navint is a full-service business consulting and enterprise IT transformation firm specializing in managing large-scale business and organizational change for clients with industry vertical expertise in financial services, professional services, and media and entertainment in North America and Europe. The firm's founding partners have over a combined 100 years of management consulting experience serving both middle market companies as well as Fortune 500 and Global 500 companies.
Boathouse is seeking businesses similar to Navint with the following characteristics:
Business transformation, project management consultancy with a focus on IT
Revenues between $1 - 25mm
Preferably with a focus serving Fortune 1000 clients in the media & entertainment, retail, financial services, and engineering/construction/manufacturing verticals
Leadership or partners who are interested in continuing with the business post-transaction
