I just realized that I forgot to send out an April newsletter! Sorry about that! Or maybe I did...it's been one of those months.


Full bloom outside, temps all over the place and how the heck did we get to May already?


Our family has been knee-deep in the college search, visits, applications, and now we're down the the wire. Unsure if you know, but there's been a HUGE delay in the financial aid info getting out to colleges (and therefore to the kids). It's put everyone on edge and now we're squealing in on 2 wheels. I've been practicing yoga a LOT...Deep breathing, grounding into my feet, listening to my breath...anything to try to stay calm in a reeeeeaaallly stressful situation. Seriously, it's helped me SO much! Stay tuned for final decisions...


Every single day try to find time and space for YOU. To find some quiet, to find some stillness, to find some peace. Even if it's for one full breath. Every little bit helps!

Studio Health Reminders:

  1. If you're coughing, sneezing, feverish, blowing your nose a lot, etc., please stay home or join on Zoom. Even if you're feeling just a little "off". Let's try to keep everyone healthy!
  2. Dress in layers. We may crack some windows open, so you'll want to have some warmer clothes as we start and end our classes.
  3. Please check your email and/or the schedule before you leave your house for class. With unpredictable winter weather, we want you to know ahead of time if class is cancelled.


Practice at Medfield Yoga Studio! You can come to the studio for in-studio classes or practice at home with our super convenient LiveStream classes.
