"My Sister, to be a good religious, You must eat well, pray well and devote yourself well to others."
— Mother Thérèse to the novices
Perhaps you can join us this summer and together we can help each other pray well and devote ourselves to others well. With summer's heat, we're not opposed to ice cream if that counts for eating well!
Perhaps something we are offering — online, in-person, or through prayer — will do us all well (see some of our our summer listings below).

On May 18 many members of the Cenacle Sisters in North America were joined in-person for the patronal Feast Day of Our Lady of the Cenacle. The Eucharistic Celebration was presided by Seamus Murphy, SJ, and a short program followed, led by the Province's Director for Ministry and Mission Advancement, Mark Piper. We were delighted that over 70 people gathered in Chicago in-person and more than 50 others live-streamed the Eucharist. Photos provided by the Cenacle Sister's General Treasurer Sr. Beth Cruz, r.c. who was visiting the community from Rome, Italy. Much gratitude for your prayers or presence with us as we seek to continue what began, with Mary, in that first Cenacle! | |
