Arthur Curry had just lost a close friend at the expense of taking down Black Manta, but that doesn't mean things are smooth sailing from here on out (get it? Smooth sailing? Because he's Aquaman, with the water and the boats and, oh you know). With Manta in custody, Amanda Waller has decided to try and enlist his help in her ragtag team called the Suicide Squad (another 52 book worth reading), but will he comply? Meanwhile, Arthur must make one thing certain: can he really trust his half brother Orm? Geoff Johns continues his fresh rendition of Aquaman in the first part of the next arc in Aquaman #14! - Art As Grant Morrison's epic run on Batman spirals toward its conclusion, readers may be surprised to see another glimpse into the possible future of Damian Wayne. This week's Batman Incorporated #5 returns to the chaos of a future Gotham City devoid of Bruce Wayne's protection. Instead, Damian Wayne is The Batman and mercy is a word he heeds little attention to. With none of the allies his father spent a lifetime cultivating, Damian is a not-quite-sane "hero" keeping Gotham on the verge of anarchy. Is this truly Damian's fate? Does the combined might of Batman Inc. have a chance of stopping Leviathan's worldwide devastation? This issue will have you hoping they can. - Ian
All New X-men #2 continues the quest of Beast (my personal favorite mutie) to change a horrific future by pulling a Doc Brown and going back to where it all began. The story is a really good jumping on point for new readers, because it serves as a slight history lesson for how the X-men have evolved over the years, and with Bendis at the writing wheel, I have nothing but high hopes for this title. The first issue was immediately gripping, and I am VERY excited to see where this story is headed. - Justin Uncanny Avengers #2 will probably be sold out by the time you're done reading this. That'll teach you to keep your subscription form up to date! If you read the first issue then you have been waiting impatiently for the follow-up for weeks! A team of Avengers and X-Men together. the return of Captain America's greatest foe with a new and unbelievably sinister plan, and art by John Cassady make this a Can't Miss title! Stop reading this and pick up a copy of Uncanny Avengers #2! - Causey
