Budapest, Hungary

August is just around the corner. I always look forward to this time of year. Things seem to slow down. There are no major holidays and it's just an overall quiet month. August for me has always meant travel and reflection.

This year, I am traveling to Europe for 18 days to Budapest, Vienna, Salzburg, Prague, and Berlin. Hungary does share a border with Ukraine, so that is a little bit concerning. But nothing in life is 100% safe. It's going to be exciting and looking forward to seeing amazing places! I leave towards the end of August so email me quick if you need any help in the next month.

For reflection, August is the perfect time (in my opinion) to check on the big picture. Zoom out to 30,000 feet to see you are heading in the direction you want to go. Maybe it's a goal you set a while ago that got lost in the day-to-day busyness of life. You stopped taking those language classes, or not volunteering as much as you'd like. Whatever it is, August is always a great month when you'll find some quiet times to reflect and make adjustments.
