Greetings!
It has been 6 weeks since we closed our physical space in Somerville, but that doesnโt mean O2 is not getting more and more vibrant! For a long time, I have wanted to create a smoother, more efficient system for us to share our livestream classes, prerecorded classes, and more. Well, it is about to happen! In just a few weeks, we will be launching our new website, which will have everything in one place. Donโt worry, all of your info will be migrated with the exception of your credit card info. That means, when the time comes, you will log into our new system using the same email that you used with Mindbody and will likely need to reset the password but thatโs it! Your present class packages will be there and you will be able to go ahead and book classes! And, drumroll please, the class invites will be automatically sent to you once when you register, and again right before class! Last minute addition, no problem. You will be able to register right up until class time and the invitation will get sent!
If you use our prerecorded class platform, Namastream (a.k.a. HeyMarvelous), you still can purchase and take classes up until we launch our new site. I will keep you posted on dates and details.
What else is happening? Well, we have a fun workshop with Tina tomorrow (see below), Devon is back with prenatal classes (see below), and I will be offering a vegan cooking class once each month starting in April!
Last, but not least, I want to announce that, after 15 years of managing O2 Yoga, Elliott will be stepping out of that role and I will be stepping in. Elliott is not only one of my closest friends but one of the most talented and inspired teachers I have ever known. He will continue to contribute his unique style to our classes and I feel lucky and honored to have him continue to be my senior teacher and mentor. He will be offering Astanga workshops and more in the months to come. Thank you, Elliott, for all of you hard work and for being my emotional and technical support system for so many years. I am excited to take on the challenge of managing the business but will likely still lean on you for advice and an occasional hug.
Big love,
Mimi
