Maryland Homebrew has a new owner. Please Congratulate Chris Anderson, the new owner, as of 11/1/2017.

It has been 25 years since inception, and Maryland Homebrew is an Institution in the Baltimore/Maryland/MidAtlantic Beer Scene.

Started in my basement in Fall of 1992, we moved to Mendenhall Court in 1993.

How many people remember the original shop? It was about 500 Sq. ft.!

Then we moved to Oak Hall Lane on Halloween 1995, #115, at 2500 Sq. ft., it was a palace after Mendenhall!

Then more recently but still a while back, we move to #108 Oak Hall Lane, our current location. 6750 Sq. ft., and our shop now really is a palace.

We have come a long way, thanks to your support. It should be no surprise that Chris is now the new owner of Maryland Homebrew, she knows what she is doing and has been doing it for over 17 years. You can expect more of the same great service and sound business practices from her. I would like to think I am partially responsible for some of Chris's business abilities, but only a small part. She has exemplified what is takes to be a successful business owner.

I feel good passing along the Mug to Chris. Please welcome her with open bottles.
