Bicameral Permanent Fund Working Group
On June 19th, the Bicameral Permanent Fund (PF) Working Group held their second meeting here in Anchorage at the Legislative Information Office (LIO).

The working group discussed at length:
  • The Alaska Statehood Act
  • The 1976 Alaska Permanent Fund Constitutional Amendment
  • Alaska's First Permanent Fund Dividend and the Zobel Cases
  • Alaska Permanent Fund statutes
  • The Wielechowski v. Alaska court case

The next meeting is scheduled for this Friday, June 28th from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. There are several ways to participate:

Second Saturday Coffee with Ivy!
July 13th at 10:00 am
Join me on Saturday, July 13th at the Immanuel Presbyterian Church for a constituent coffee meeting from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. Please bring non-perishable, dry and canned foods   to donate to the food pantry if you can. Hope to see you there!
& The Spirit of Muldoon Picnic
A big thank you to those who came out to participate in the Russian Jack Clean Up and The Spirit of Muldoon Picnic! The turnout was great, and it stayed sunny long enough for everyone to enjoy hamburgers and hot dogs and live music in the park!
Sen. Wielechowski and I presented a Legislative Honorarium to the North East Community Council to commemorate the 80th Anniversary of the Arnold Muldoon Homestead!
