SCAM ALERT . . . SCAM ALERT . . . SCAM ALERT

We have heard from several exhibitors who are receiving emails offering discount hotel rooms, email lists or vendor space.

Please Note: These offers are fraudulent.

Fake Hotel Bookings:

Scammers are emailing Exhibitors offering discount hotel rooms for Exhibitors and Attendees.

We do not offer hotel bookings or work with a third party to offer hotels reservations.

They are NOT affiliated with Castleberry Fairs & Festivals.

Fake Email Lists:

Scammers are emailing Exhibitors trying to sell them Email Lists of Attendees from various Castleberry Events.

The emails lists they offer are bogus.

We never sell, rent, lease, allow to borrow or in any way share our email lists.

They are NOT affiliated with Castleberry Fairs & Festivals.

Fake Vendor Space: These are mostly found on Social Media. Scammers often use Castleberry show venues and show dates to trick others into thinking they are hosting an event in the same venue, at the same time for a fraction of the cost.

They are NOT affiliated with Castleberry Fairs & Festivals.

Please be mindful, these new scams look legit.

They illegally use our event titles, logos and images.

They even go so far as to offer a Promo Code, Terms and an Unsubscribe Button.

If you receive scam emails it is best NOT to forward or reply.

If you can, just mark them as spam, then they should be filtered out by your Email Service Provider.

You could also send them to junk, trash and delete.

We continue to send these scammers notice to 'cease and desist' but they are relentless and simply try again using a new email address.

2.) Unsolicited messages (such as emails, text messages, or Internet postings) sent to a large number of recipients.
