CAMPUS HAPPENINGS

Marshall Hall Water Quality

ESF’s Environmental Health and Safety Services Office (EH&SS) recently completed a routine campus-wide testing initiative to ensure water safety in all buildings. Test results revealed Marshall Hall was the only building on campus to have lead-contaminated water sources in the building. The specific locations showing elevated levels were disabled and immediately removed from service prior to occupancy. This action prevented any exposure to unsafe drinking water. Contractors are working to address the issue.

We issued a separate message directly to the people who occupy Marshall Hall.
