After spending so much time writing about, photographing and looking at pictures of daylilies, I can't help but feel somewhat invested in our stock. Like a proud little plant mother, I am always eager to see our daylilies go to good gardens each season. I love to hear how well they are doing and I am always interested to see, especially at this point in the season, which varieties are selling the best.
This newsletter isn't about our all time Best Sellers. If you want to see those, you can click on the link here. Our Best Sellers of all time are daylilies that consistently sell well year after year after year.
Instead of focusing on the Best Sellers mainstays, this newsletter highlights the top ten best sellers of the season so far.
It's important to note the phrase "so far". We're still early in the season, and the only thing I know for sure is that this list will change as the season progresses.
Some of the daylilies on this list are mainstays; they are here year after year after year. Others are surprises. Some will drop off the list after the start of the season, and others will take their place. This list is always changing and that's one of the things that I find most interesting about it.
Daylilies and surprises? That sounds like a pretty fantastic combo to me; no "so far" about it!
Best,
Beth
P.S. We started shipping earlier this month to those lucky folks in the warm south. We'll keep working our way north, and will ship to your area when the threat of frost has passed in your planting zone. If you have a specific date on which you'd like us to ship, just let us know.
