    Vivid ruby-red.  Sharply focused red fruit and floral aromas are complemented by deeper suggestions of cola and licorice.  The floral quality carries strongly onto the palate, which offers sweet raspberry and cherry compote flavors that tighten up with aeration.  Finishes on a zesty mineral note, with very good focus, gentle tannic grip and lingering spiciness.
