The Town of Bennett will be offering reduced permit fees on some home projects during the month of June. Permit fees on projects including siding, windows, fences, reroofing, decks, AC improvements, furnace replacements, water/sewer repairs and water heaters will be reduced by 50% during June.

The goal is to help residents with the cost of permit fees and still encourage home improvement projects. This program is only eligible for homeowners. Discounted permit fees include building permit fee, plan review fee and fence permit fee. Use and county taxes are not adjusted for reduced permit fee month.

Eligible permits must be paid for and issued during June 2024. If you have questions regarding eligible projects, please contact the Building Department at bennettbuilding@bennett.co.us.
