We are excited to see you tomorrow at Polar Park in Worcester for the 3rd annual Massachusetts Manufacturing Mash-Up! We are expecting nice weather and a terrific turnout.
Included are some logistics information for you, so that you can make the most of the event. If you have additional questions, send them to manufacturing@masstech.org.
Hours
The event runs from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Registration for general attendees opens at 9:45 a.m.
Parking
There are at least 24 known parking lots or garages available within a half mile walking radius of Polar Park. For accessible parking and public transportation, click here.
The most convenient parking lot is the Green Island Boulevard Garage (lot 1 on the link above).
Entrance and Registration
The main entrance for the event is located at 100 Madison Avenue, Worcester. Registration will be in the foyer lobby.
At the front of the venue there is a short security check point that is equipped with metal detectors.
Walk-ins will be accepted; however, they will need to manually register at the door beginning at 9:45 a.m. by scanning a QR code, registering on their smartphone, and then proceeding to the on-site registration table for their name badge.
Food & Beverage
Food & Beverage will be available at park concession stands from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. and all day at the fully autonomous (self check-out) WooSox Market. In addition, coffee and water will be available in various locations inside the venue.
