Mindfulness Walks: Time in nature can make us happier and healthier. All are welcome on these gently-paced mindfulness walks on Concord Conservation Lands. Stepping away from our modern lives, we’ll return to a simpler - quieter time, and observe all that nature has to offer us that day. We’ll return from our journey feeling renewed and a bit more knowledgeable about our local flora and fauna. These walks are gently paced but do cover rough terrain and may have some elevation change. Participants are encouraged to wear sturdy footwear and/or bring walking poles. John Calabria is a lifelong naturalist and has been teaching Yoga and Meditation in the Concord area for more than twenty years. All skill levels welcome!
