Here’s how to find your student's homeroom/schedule in FACTS Family Portal:

In Chrome, Firefox, or Safari, go to factsmgt.com and click Family login
- Select FACTS Family Portal
- Type the school’s District Code – SMSD-TX, Username, & Password
- Under School select "Student"
- Then select "Schedules"

Safe Environment Badges

Uniform Changes
We have some additions to our uniform this year. Please make sure to review our Dress Code to avoid any surprises.
Reminders:
- Dress uniform for Mass days
- Review changes for Spirit Dress days

Hoodies are no longer part of the uniform, and may NOT be worn at St. Monica. This includes Spirit Dress Days.

Medication Permit Form – This form is to be submitted if your child will be taking a prescription medication at school.
All forms can be downloaded from the school website on the " Parents" tab under medical forms. Please email Nurse Pat for the over-the-counter medication form. |

PTO Annual Back to School Picnic
Please join us on Saturday, August 17th, after the 5PM Mass.
Meet new friends, reconnect with old friends, and start the 2024-2025 school year off right!
DJ Geoff will have the party rocking with music and games, and the
SMS Cheerleaders will be supplying the
Bearcat spirit!
We are excited to see everyone! The Knights of Columbus will be grilling burgers and hot dogs outside this year with all the proceeds going back to SMS! Food trucks will also be on hand and will donate a portion of their proceeds to SMS PTO!
As always, you are welcome to brown-bag your dinner.

What is Autumnfest?
Autumnfest is St. Monica's annual carnival and PTO's only fundraiser. The operating budget for the PTO vastly depends on Autumnfest. Programs such as Catholic Schools Week, Teacher Appreciation, Field Day, Scholarships and Awards, Playground Equipment, School Library, Science Labs, and so much more are made possible because of our success. However, without generous donations and sponsorships from our families and the local community, we lose the ability to offer these programs.

We are excited to begin registration for this year’s chess program for Fall 2024. The Knight School will be leading St. Monica’s chess team this year. Our SMS students will be learning the royal game and enjoying themselves!

We are excited to have Drama Kids International return for the 2023-2024 school year. Drama Kids International will be offering programs for K-5th grades. Students will develop important confidence-building skills that will help them personally and academically.

Is an official Jr. DCC training facility for the DFW area! This program for youth ages 5-12, allows them to join the world-class Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders organization and share in the DCC experience. Each team will also get to perform at events alongside the Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders!
