Bear Trap Update
We were excited about all of the snow Colorado got this past winter. Here it is now in August and we've had very few forest fires to speak of. There is still record snow pack on our peaks here in Colorado.

Every year as June rolls around and the temperatures rise to 100˙ with the humidity close to 0%, we have concerns for this amazing, sacred Kingdom property. Any close forest fire could be devastating. The massive snow pack filled our empty reservoirs, and eased our fears this summer.

Please don't slow in your prayers for God's hand of protection over this sacred property, and at the same time, you could pray for safety and protection for every one of our guests that come to Bear Trap Ranch.
Would you join us in praise for the snowpack and pray for safety for our guests?
Water System Update
We are excited and thankful to say that our new water system is fully operational! This government mandated upgrade has been a long, arduous journey with many, many man hours of research, construction, installation and refinements. Thankfully, as the saying goes, "it is finished!" Fresh, clean, filtered water is flowing with a new improved level of pressure. We couldn't be more thrilled!
Jordan, Bear Trap's Facilities Manager, the overseer of this project, is a miracle worker! We are so blessed to have such a gifted and talented maintenance man on staff who made this project happen.
Now as our guests have filled the camp this summer, the water demands have been wonderfully met. Praise the Lord!
However, the donations received have not been adequate to cover the expense. We are still hoping to raise the $40,000 not covered by government grants. If the Lord leads, would you consider helping us meet this need?
Band of Brothers Retreat
Every year we typically host a spring men's retreat and and a fall men's retreat. Our last Band of Brothers retreat was in April. These are rich times as God shows up and meets men right where they are. We count on honest and transparent sharing happening around the fire pit after the message on shame.
BTR is a great place for outdoor adventure. We enjoyed a spring winter storm on top of Sugarloaf Mountain!
The brothers connected to the messages and with each other in life transforming community.

Product Highlight
We occasionally receive emails of how our products are touching lives. Here is one from our brother Ray:

Just yesterday, I gave a Band of Brothers’ coin to someone who has been influential in my life. After church yesterday, I met up with Gary in the coffee area. I brought a coin with me to church to give to him. I handed him the coin and shared what an impact he has had on my life. I challenged him to live for Christ, no matter the cost and that I would have his back no matter what. I told him he could call me anytime and I would pray for him and help him no matter the situation.

When I told him that I believed in him, his eyes filled up with tears. Gary is not an emotional guy. He is a tough guy on the outside, but has a heart for ministry. He asked, “Is this for me to keep?” When I said yes, he couldn’t believe it! “Really?” He said, “I will carry this with me everyday!”

Late yesterday afternoon, he sent me an email that said, “Thank you for the coin and what it means. That is special my friend.”

Do you have a brother/brother-in-the-Lord or someone special in your life that you would like to encourage? It is amazing what a simple act like giving someone a coin, and telling them that you believe in them and will have their back, can mean! Please visit our STORE to see the products that we know can have deep meaning in our spiritual relationships.
