CAPITAL CAMPAIGN
Leave Your Legacy on Earth Day!
Leave your Legacy on Land's Sake Farm by becoming a rock star! Visit the farm during our Earth Day and Birthday Celebration on Saturday, April 22nd, to pick your favorite rock from our fields. Our friends at American Stonecraft will beautifully cut and engrave your rock with a custom tribute of your choosing, like a family or pet name. Engraved rocks will live permanently for all to see, in one of our new Land's Sake rain gardens, amongst the rock stars. If you can't join us on the 22nd, no problem. You're welcome to pick your rock anytime, or if you prefer we can pick one for you!

STAFF SPOTLIGHT: FARMER STEVEN
Mobile Chicken Coop Built!
One of the Leave Your Legacy items still available for naming is our new mobile chicken coop. The coop will add a 2nd flock of chickens on the farm and will provide a safe space for them to forage while providing the fields with fertilizer. The coop’s mobility will allow our flock to adventure and improve our ability to organically control a wider range of pests all over the farm, including ticks!
Farmer Steven led the build of this coop on site at the farm. We are SO VERY grateful to Steven for sharing his carpentry talents with us, and can’t wait for the chickens to move into their new home and enjoy all of its special features (programmed door to be open during the day and closed through the night, nesting basket, special flooring, and more).
