February Health Campaigns - Recap
Healthy sexuality is an important part of overall wellness, and means more than just sex, condoms and STD testing.
It involves feeling informed and empowered to express your sexuality in a way that is consensual, respectful, and informed, and-ultimately-personally enriches your life. Learn more about Sexual Health Care at Tang and make choices that work best for you.
Eating disorders (ED) are a common problem on college campuses and approximately 4,000 Berkeley students experience EDs. Eating disorders have to do with food relationships and/or the way we feel about our bodies. You don't have to have an ED to want to have a healthy relationship with food or your body. And if you have an ED, it's ok. You are not alone.
Speaking with one of our dietitians at
drop-in
is free and you're welcome to talk to them about any nutrition questions you might have.
