Liz Nguyen, PT, DPT has been a physical therapist at Tang since 2011. She sees students as well as faculty and staff, and loves the diversity of her patient population.
Liz stresses the importance of movement throughout the day: "Take frequent breaks from sitting to move around, stretch, stand and walk. It helps to reduce muscle tension and decompress your spine."
